TIMELINE FROM BOOKING TO ARRIVAL: TRANSPORT-ONLY

With the initial booking 25% deposit is due (full payment if inside 45 days to arrival).

2 months before arrival A Travel Handbook will be emailed to the Group Leader to help with preparations. This can be printed out or passed on to the other tour members.

40 days before arrival A reminder will be sent for full payment.

30 days to arrival Full payment is due. At this stage we will also require the flight details and rooming list for the group.

10-14 days to arrival Information will be sent to the group leader including contact information for your driver and our Irish office, accommodation contact information, airport arrival instructions, and weather information for Ireland.

5 days before arrival Final contact will be made to see if there are any last minute questions.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Our booking policy is an initial deposit of 25% with the remainder to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If you book inside 45 days to arrival, full payment is required.

You can pay for your transport in two ways. (Please note we quote in Euros.)

  • By Wire Transfer to our Irish bank account
  • By Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only)

Our preferred payment method is by wire transfer. However, we will also gladly accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We cannot accept Amex, Discover or any type of debit card.

Contact us for wire transfer details or to make a credit card payment. (Please do not e-mail personal financial information.)

Please note: Because of the large amount of money being charged to your card, sometimes the bank will refuse the transaction. This is nothing to be alarmed about. What happens is that the bank/credit card company may be suspicious of this charge (ie, coming from a foreign company). This triggers a security alert and as such the charge is refused until you contact the bank/credit card company to authorize the charge. Please note that the charge will be under our official company name: "North West Kerry Transport".

TRANSPORT-ONLY PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICIES

All transport-only cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, mail, or fax to O'Shea Travel and are subject to the following per person or total tour cancellation charges:

  • Deposit is non-refundable
  • If the tour is cancelled 30 days or more from arrival date, no other deduction will be charged
  • If the tour is cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival, a further 50% will be deducted
  • If the tour is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the tour will be deducted
